I know that's an unusual pick, but I'm picking Kacey Musgraves, under nominated album and a brilliantly written song.

- If I Didn't Love You - Jason Aldean & Carrie Underwood
- Younger Me - Brothers Osborne
- Glad You Exist - Dan + Shay
- Chasing After You - Ryan Hurd & Maren Morris
- Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home) - Elle King & Miranda Lambert
TOUGH category, but I'm picking Brothers Osborne because the Academy typically leans into left of center projects and I think this one, while not a radio hit, is such a brilliant song.
