Miranda Lambert recently chatted with WebMD about her workout regime and the tunes that really get her going! She says a lifestyle change, instead of a diet, made the biggest impact on her. And with help from a trainer, she’s eating better than ever before. In fact, the only snacks she allows on her tour bus are almonds and low-fat string cheese. She occasionally cheats with a cheeseburger or Dairy Queen Blizzard, though.
