ROLE AND EXPECTATIONS:
Responsible for exceeding performance expectations including market share for spot radio, event and digital media.
Work closely with the Program Directors to develop sales opportunities and promotions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:
Three or more years of experience in media sales, integrated selling and/or sales management in radio and digital advertising.
An understanding of strategic account management, ratings, broadcast media planning, and digital execution.
Strategic management of inventory and rates and ability to forecast revenue.
Must be proficient in developing plans and casting vision for revenue growth.
Must be able to work well with other departments to achieve success; possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, have excellent communication skills, flexibility and assertiveness to achieve goals.
Requires demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Clear Channel Media + Entertainment is hiring a Digital Content Director for our Las Vegas station cluster. Qualified candidate must be well experienced in developing and managing online content and graphic design. Must have experience with social media and know how to grow audience. Will work closely with the radio programming department and have a key role in executing the overall plan. Will also be responsible for the creation of artwork for clients (eg. display ads, rich media, print artwork), trafficking online ads to our 3 station websites and assist with digital sales opportunities for our sales team, including the presentation of new digital assets and educating the team, proposal creation, accompanying AE's on calls to pitch digital, etc.
Digital Content Director will oversee our E-Commerce efforts, including managing our daily deals. This includes updating our website, communicating with the fulfillment company and assisting the sales team in finding deals. Duties include, but are not limited, to those listed here.
Qualified Candidate must be:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, Flash and other design software a plus)
Experienced in using a Content Management System or back end of a website
Experienced in using WYSIWYG editors but also well versed in HTML/CSS
Skilled in video shooting and editing
Familiar with online impressions, CPMs, etc.
Experienced in trafficking digital ads (Google DFP experience is a plus)
Well educated on uniques vs. page views and other website analytics
Extremely attentive to detail that can assist in quality control of our brands
Self-motivated and possess a drive to succeed in audience growth and digital revenue
A fast paced team player that can also work well alone to meet deadlines

Qualified candidates should have strong HTML/CSS skills, a mastery of Adobe Photoshop, be organized, and a self starter. Basic abilities with all Microsoft Office products is also needed. The position requires working knowledge of website design, and development as well as the ability to edit video and work well with many people in many departments. The candidate will be responsible for marketing our websites and will need to be able to assist with digital sales opportunities. Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver knowledge preferred. The KWNR-FM student intern program offers currently enrolled college students hands-on work experience in a dynamic and creative work environment.
Through the program, you have the opportunity to develop tangible skills that may be transferred into many work arenas in the broadcasting business.
There are a few stipulations to our internship program: ·It is open to students, 18 years of age or older. ·It is an unpaid experience, in exchange for academic credit. ·It is open to students currently enrolled in accredited, academic institutions with disciplinesrelating to the broadcasting industry. ·Each internship varies in length, depending upon school/institution credit requirements.
