JASON ALDEAN must be tired of answering questions about "getting caught" with former "American Idol" contestant BRITTANY KERR. Unfortunately, they're not going to stop. The issue came up in an interview with "CMT Insider". . . and Jason faced up to it. He said, quote, "You can go hide and run from it, or you can get up and face it and deal with it. And that's kind of what we tried to do and just kind of move on." Jason is mostly thankful for the people who didn't rush to judgment. He says, quote, "[For] the people that know me and know what I'm about . . . the people that are standing by us and supporting us, all I've got to say to them is thanks. I mean, I really appreciate it, and it's just been a really unfortunate thing. Really embarrassing, I think, more than anything." It also looks like Jason's marriage might survive his foolishness. He adds, quote, "The main thing is that me and my family are okay, and everything's good there."

Eric Church, Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney and The Band Perry have been added to the list of performers for the CMAs, which is going down November 1st. Previously announced performers include Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Kelly Clarkson, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band.
