ONE DIRECTION has agreed on a massive new record deal, which requires them to make three new albums over the next three years. It also binds them to each other. A so-called "source" says that if just ONE member drops out before the three years are up, the whole group will lose out on a huge payout worth MILLIONS.

KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST bought an $11 million mansion in Bel Air. It's 9,000 square feet and has a gym, movie theater, hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court and indoor and outdoor pools.
